Dried Finferli Mushrooms are the most common mushrooms in nature and they can be found all year long.
They are tasty mushrooms and they can be eaten as such or as an accompaniment.
Before use, soak the mushrooms for about 20 minutes and then wash thoroughly under running water. Cook in the preparation of sauces, soups, pasta and risotto
Keep in a cool and dry place, it is recommended in the freezer. KEEP DRY.
