These are the precious Red Head Porcini Mushrooms , so called "Boletus Pinicola" which grow primarily in middle and high mountain areas, they are a great starter or an excellent garnish for many dishes. Thanks to its high quality and to the hand-crafted production, Inaudi mushrooms are known and appreciated throughout the world. Our tip: enjoy them with Carpaccio di carne cruda!
