Crêpes with “Millefiori” honey
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml of milk
- Salt
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- Butter
- 4 tablespoons of “Miele Millefiori di montagna Inaudi” (“Millefiori” honey)
- 1 orange
- 1 shot of orange liquor
- 80 g of peeled almonds
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Stir the flour and put it into a capacious bowl with vanillin, a pinch of salt and the eggs. Amalgamate all the ingredients with a whip and gradually add the milk. Stir the mixture until it reaches a smooth texture. Cover the batter with plastic wrap and let sit for at least 1 hour.
Grease a non-stick pan with butter, pour a ladleful of batter and cook the crêpe on both sides. Repeat until exhaustion of the batter.
Dress all the crêpes with honey, chop the almonds and use them as topping. Fold the crêpes halfways.
Heat up the orange liquor in a non-stick pot. Place the crêpes inside the pot and heat them up for a few minutes with the liquorous liquid. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
