The Inaudi Egg Tagliatelle with Porcini mushrooms are the result of a traditional recipe that requires a very rich egg dough with a high percentage of its characteristic ingredient.
The production process is artisanal and with many phases that are still handled manually by specialized personnel.
Cooking instructions: pour the pasta into boiling salted water and continue boiling for 4 minutes with the lid put down. Drain the pasta and season, in the same cooking pot, with butter and parmigiano cheese.
Quantity for 3/4 people.
