The Bagna Caoda Inaudi is the typical Piedmontese sauce with anchovies, garlic and olive oil.
It is a highly concentrated product that has to be diluted with two parts of olive oil or milk cream.
Tradition wants this sauce to be consumed very hot. Cooked, boiled or raw vegetables (peppers, potatoes, thistle, celery, cauliflower, etc.) are dipped into the sauce, which is usually kept hot on the table using a a candle, in the typical terracotta cooker called “ fujot” .
Inaudi has always been known for its handmade and artisanal productions. The ingredients used in the manufacture are all carefully selected and seven quality checks guarantee a high end product, known and appreciated all over the world.
