Tagliatelle with Black Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 400 g of fresh Tagliatelle
- 4 tablespoons of “Sapor di Tartufo Nero Inaudi” cream
- 200 ml of crème fraîche
- 50 g of butter
- Grated “Grana Padano” cheese (parmesan) (if desired)
- Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a pan, add the “Sapor di Tartufo Nero” cream and the crème fraîche. Mix the sauce and heat it up.
Cook the Tagliatelle in abundant salt water, drain them “al dente” and saute them with the truffle flavoured sauce. If desired, drizzle with grated parmesan.
