Raw meat “all’albese” with Black Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 400 g of thinly sliced grass-fed beef fillet
- 50 g of sliced parmesan cheese
- 40 g of “Carpaccio di Tartufi neri Inaudi” (Black Truffle slices)
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
Preparation
Arrange the meat on a dish and sprinkle it with Parmesan flakes and Inaudi black truffle Carpaccio. Put the lemon juice in a bowl, then add salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil and whisk to obtain an emulsion. Sprinkle the sauce on the dish and serve it.
