Pepper salad with Truffle flavoured “Toma” cheese
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 tender, crunchy celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 jar (290 g) of “Tome al tartufo Inaudi” (Truffle flavoured “Toma” cheese)
- 1 lemon
- Half a teaspoon of mustard
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and white pepper
Slice the celery and the pepper thinly.
Aside, mix mustard and lemon juice, add salt, pepper and some of the preservation liquid from the jar.
Cube the “Toma” cheese, put them inside a bowl together with the greens and season with the mixture of mustard and lemon juice.
If of your taste, add also some Black Truffle slices.
