Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300 g of parmesan cheese (medium maturing)
- “Aceto balsamico al tartufo Inaudi” dressing (Truffle flavoured balsamic vinegar)
Preparation
Cut the parmesan cheese into small bites, place them on a serving dish and sprinkle them with a few drops of “Aceto balsamico al tartufo” dressing (Truffle flavoured balsamic vinegar).
