Croutons with Black Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 slices of home-baked bread
- 40 g of “Carpaccio di Tartufi neri Inaudi” (Black Truffle slices)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Toast the bread slices, lay the Black Truffle slices on them and season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of the oil of the truffles. If desired, add a few drops of extra-virgin olive oil.
