Cauliflower salad with Truffle flavoured anchovy fillets
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 jar (90 g) of “Filetti di acciughe con tartufo Inaudi” (Truffle flavoured anchovy fillets)
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- “Il Tartufato nero Inaudi” dressing (Black Truffle flavoured olive oil)
- Salt and pepper
Wash the cauliflower, divide the greens from the stem and cook them into salt, boiling water for a few minutes. They must remain crunchy. Drain and dry properly.
Put them into a capacious bowl, add the Truffle flavoured anchovy fillets, salt, pepper, a little extra-virgin olive oil and, if of your taste, a few drops of “Il Tartufato nero” dressing (Black Truffle flavoured olive oil).
If desired, top the salad with some Black Truffle slices.
