Veal escalopes with Porcini mushrooms sauce
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 veal steaks
- 1 jar (180 g) of “Sugo ai funghi porcini Inaudi” (Porcini mushrooms sauce)
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
Heat up a few drops of olive oil in a pan and brown the garlic clove on a medium heat. Flour the steaks and saute them at over a high heat, add salt and pepper. Add the Porcini mushrooms sauce, cover the pan and complete the cooking on a medium heat.
