Tagliolini with White Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 pack of “Tagliolini all’uovo Inaudi” (egg noodles)
- 4 teaspoons of “La Tartufata Inaudi” cream
- 200 ml of crème fraîche
- 50 g of butter
- Grated “Grana Padano” cheese (parmesan) (if desired)
- Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a pan, add “La Tartufata” cream and crème fraîche. Mix the sauce and heat it up.
Meamwhile, cook the “Tagliolini” in abundant salt water, drain them “al dente” and saute them in the pan with the truffle flavoured sauce. prepare and serve warm. If desired, drizzle with grated parmesan.
