Baked potatoes with “La Tartufata” cream and Truffle flavoured butter
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 medium potatoes
- Half a tablespoon of “La Tartufata Inaudi” cream
- Half a tablespoon of “Burro al tartufo Inaudi” (Truffle flavoured butter)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Boil the potatoes (without peeling them) into boiling water for half of the cooking time. Drain and cut the potatoes in half. Carve a small hole inside each half and fill it with “La Tartufata” cream and the Truffle flavoured butter. Reassemble the potatoes and wrap them up one by one with tinfoil.
Bake the potatoes at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven, serve them half open en papillote, after having added salt and pepper.
