Whipped cream with candied “Marroni” (chesnuts) and Amaretti biscuits
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 ml of whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 8 “Marroni canditi Inaudi” (candied chesnuts)
- 8 Amaretti biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of Rhum
Crumble the Amaretti biscuits and cut the candied “Marroni” (chesnuts). Whip the cream and sweeten it with powdered sugar. Place the candied chesnuts into four bowls, drizzle with Rhum, cover with whipped cream and finally sprinkle with crumbled Amaretti. Keep the dessert in the fridge before serving it.
