Puff pastry with “toma” cheese and Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 pack of ready rolled puff pastry
- 200 g of mature “Toma” cheese
- 100 ml of fresh cream
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of Carpaccio di Tartufi neri Inaudi (Black Truffle slices)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Prepare a mixture with cream, eggs, cubed “toma” cheese and the black truffle slices (Carpaccio Inaudi). Add salt and pepper. Pour the mixture on the puff pastry and bake for 35 minutes at 200°.
