Ice-cream with “Barbaresco” apricots
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 500 g of cream or “Fiordilatte” flavoured ice-cream
- 1 jar (320 g) of “Albicocche al Barbaresco Inaudi” (apricots soaked in “Barbaresco” wine)
Preparation
Place some scoops of ice-cream into four small bowls; garnish with the apricots soaked in “Barbaresco” wine and a few drops of the syrup from the apricots’ jar.
