Fried eggs with Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 eggs
- 1 jar (18 g) of “Tartufi bianchi interi al naturale Inaudi” (natural whole White Truffles)
- “Il Tartufato Bianco Inaudi” dressing (White Truffle flavoured olive oil)
Melt a knob of butter in a small pan, let it brown and then break the egg. Cook until the egg white becomes white and add salt. Repeat this procedure for each egg.
Once cooked, sprinkle the egg with some slices of White Truffle and a few drops of “Il Tartufato bianco” dressing (White Truffle flavoured olive oil) (alternatively, it is also possible to season the eggs with Black Truffle slices and the “Il Tartufato nero” dressing (Black Truffle flavoured olive oil)).
