Beef fillet with Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 slices of beef fillet, approximately 150 g each
- 4 teaspoons of “La Tartufata Inaudi” cream
- 100 ml of crème fraîche
- 50 g of butter
- Salt and pepper
Place a small pot over a low heat, add the “La Tartufata” cream and the crème fraîche, mix to obtain a smooth, creamy texture.
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the meat on both sides. Add salt and pepper. Once cooked, dress the fillet with the sauce and serve immediately.
