Stuffed chicken steaks with Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 chicken steaks
- 20 g of “Carpaccio di Tartufi neri Inaudi” (Black Truffle slices)
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of “Fontina” cheese
- 1 onion
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- White wine
Place one slice of ham and one of “Fontina” cheese on each steak, together with a few slices of “Carpaccio di tartufi neri”. Fold the steaks in half, seal them with a cocktail stick and flour them.
Brown the chopped onion in a pan with olive oil; add the chicken steaks, salt, white wine. Saute the steaks on both sides.
