Sliced veal with Truffle flavoured balsamic vinegar
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 slices of veal fillet, approximately 3 cm thick
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- “Aceto balsamico al tartufo Inaudi” dressing (Truffle flavoured balsamic vinegar)
- Salt and pepper
- 20 g of “Carpaccio di Tartufi neri Inaudi” (Black Truffle slices) (optional)
Grill the fillet. Slice it across and season it with oil, salt, pepper and a few drops of Black Truffle flavoured vinegar.If desired, add some Black Truffle slices.
