Omelette with Truffle
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
- 40 g of “Carpaccio di Tartufi neri Inaudi” (Black Truffle slices)
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- “Il Tartufato Nero Inaudi” dressing (Black Truffle flavoured olive oil)
Beat the eggs, add parmesan, salt, pepper and the “Carpaccio di tartufi neri” (Black Truffle slices). Heat up a few drops of olive oil in a pan and pour the mix in. Cook the omelette on both sides.
Before serving the omelette, if desired, season it with a few drops of “Il Tartufato nero” dressing (Black Truffle flavoured olive oil).
